Dear customers,
Recently, there has been an increase in the number of contaminated and incomplete parachute sets or their components sent to MarS a.s. (hereinafter referred to as the “company”) for repairs. For this reason, the company issues the following rules for accepting parachutes for repairs.

1 / Documents
A parachute Log Book or Technical Certificate must be supplied with each parachute set. If the parachute Log Book or Technical Certificate is not delivered together with the parachute, the customer will be charged a fee for issuing a duplicate in the amount of EUR 8,- without VAT.

2 / Parachute cleaning
Parachute sets or their components sent to the company should be clean and dry. In particular, the parachute sets and their components must not be dried mud, grease or substances of organic or inorganic origin. If the parachute set or its components are still dirty, the company reserves the right not to accept the parachute set or its components for repair (return to the sender without repair) or to charge a fee for putting the parachute set or its components into a repairable condition in the amount of EUR 60,- to 120,- without VAT for each component according to the degree of pollution. Even after putting the parachute set or component in a condition suitable for repair, the customer must take into account that contaminated components cannot be restored to their original condition in terms of color.
By placing an order, the customer agrees with the above procedure of MarS a.s.
